Customer Success Manager role at Veeva Systems focused on pharmacovigilance, supporting global life sciences organizations to maximize value from Veeva's PV suite. The position is remote based in Berlin with 7+ years experience required in pharmacovigilance and pharma companies.

Responsibilities
- Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva Pharmacovigilance applications.
- Lead with curiosity, act as a trusted advisor and own the relationship with customers’ business decision makers and application owners.
- Liaise with Veeva Strategy, Sales, Product and/or Services’ stakeholders to address customer needs.
- Through proactive engagement, provide strategic guidance to optimize use of Veeva applications and help create a customer roadmap based on their business goals and needs.
- Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration opportunities and industry learning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance.
- Experience working with or in large global pharmaceutical companies.
- Customer-facing consulting experience.
- Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and reside in Europe.
Nice to have
- 7+ years of working in Pharmacovigilance software, or consulting.
- SaaS/cloud experience in the management of pharmacovigilance applications.
- Experience working with Veeva Vault.
