We're automating logistics operations with AI agents, building voice, chat and workflow agents.
Responsibilities
- Design prompts, agent logic and tools (function calling)
- Write test scenarios to measure agent quality
- Review real agent conversations, find failures, fix them
- Connect agents to our backend systems with the dev team
Requirements
- 2+ years of Python
- Built at least one LLM agent or chatbot (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude APIs)
- Strong prompt engineering skills
- Function calling and RAG experience
- Good English
