We're automating logistics operations with AI agents. You'll fine-tune the models that power them on our own data.
Responsibilities
- Build training datasets from real conversations and operational data
- Run fine-tuning jobs and compare tuned vs base models
- Build evals that decide which model goes to production
- Turn agent failures into better training data
Requirements
- 3+ years in ML / NLP
- Strong Python
- Hands-on LLM fine-tuning (Vertex AI, OpenAI, or LoRA/SFT on open models)
- Prompt engineering
- Experience with evals and dataset preparation
- Good English
Nice to have
- PyTorch, Hugging Face, Google Cloud, speech data, Uzbek/Russian
