- Contracts and legal compliance

- Employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- HR support for a global team
- HR data and metrics
- Annual audit and compliance
Requirements
- 3–4+ years in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
- Experience with UK and US employment (contracts, payroll, benefits)
- Experience managing remote contractors across multiple countries
