We’re building AI agents that automate logistics operations end to end. You’ll build the AI team behind it from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Design the architecture of our AI agents: models, tools, integrations
- Set standards for prompts, evals and releases; review the team’s work
- Decide when a fine-tuned model is ready for production
- Hire and mentor ML and agent engineers
Requirements
- 5+ years in software/ML, 2+ years building LLM systems
- Shipped at least one LLM agent or chatbot to real users
- Strong Python
- Prompt engineering, function calling, RAG, evals, fine-tuning experience
- Good English
Nice to have
- voice agents, multi-agent systems, Google Cloud / Vertex AI, logistics domain experience
