What does it mean to be a Tech Management Consultant at ? At , your journey as a Tech Management Consultant will be tailored to you. We'll design your role collaboratively, starting with something familiar, such as Tech Project Manager or Product Manager, based on your prior experience and competence. From there, your career path is yours to shape - whether it’s the clients you work with, roles you engage in, or the networks and relationships you build. As a consultant, you will be crafting innovative products, systems, and technical solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s challenges. You will partner with clients to build and scale companies and products, gaining hands-on experience with modern tools and practices. You will likely engage in Tech Leadership roles within fields of: Project Management, Product Management, Organisational development, Technology strategy & Advisory, AI transformation, Leadership & Coaching and other strategic positions at the intersection of technology, leadership, and innovation.

You have a proven track record of previous deliveries in related roles: 1-4 years of professional experience in software development projects alongside software developers, in roles such as Product Manager or Tech Project Manager.
You confidently use AI to enhance your delivery, integrating it into daily work while keeping ownership of quality and decisions.
You hold a Master’s Degree with a recent graduation year in Engineering, Technology, or a similar field.
You are fluent in written and spoken English; Finnish language skills are a plus.
You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy collaborating with diverse thinkers, and bring a balance of technical and leadership skills, we want to hear from you.
You enjoy meeting your colleagues in person and working onsite, both at your client's office and at the office. You are based in Helsinki, or willing to relocate here.
