Manage and improve day-to-day operations of internal mobility to enable efficient internal talent movement.
Обязанности
- We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our Internal Mobility team and own the day-to-day operations of how people move into new roles at . This role sits at the intersection of People Ops, Talent Acquisition Ops, and Division Ops — you'll be the person who keeps all three connected: running core processes, improving how they work, and making sure partner teams have what they need to move internal talent into the right seats. You'll be responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality operational support across internal mobility while continuously improving the workflows, systems, and tools that allow the program to scale. If you're energized by building the operational backbone of a program that's still taking shape and you want that work to directly affect how deploys its talent against the mission - this is the job.
- Own the end-to-end processing of internal moves, from eligibility verification through start-date coordination and transition closeout, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for employees, hiring managers, and partner teams.
- Serve as first escalation point and advisor on eligibility checks, compensation partnership, start-date negotiation, and transition oversight for every internal move.
- Assess current workflows, identify bottlenecks and friction points, and implement process improvements that increase speed, quality, and compliance. Build and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs, and escalation paths so internal mobility processes run consistently regardless of division or role type.
Требования
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Talent Operations, or a related function, ideally in a high-growth technology or defense environment.
- Direct experience building and improving operational workflows — you’ve taken processes that lived in Slack threads and spreadsheets and turned them into something repeatable, measurable, and scalable.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and context-switch across multiple operational domains simultaneously.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday strongly preferred), applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred), and project management tools (Jira/Foundry).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull data, build reports, and use metrics to tell a story about program health and business impact.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership and coordinate across teams with different priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority — driving alignment across teams where you are the coordinator, not the manager.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong service orientation. This role is hands-on and delivery oriented, not just program oversight.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) to satisfy federal contract requirements.
