Обязанности
- Supplier accounting
- Match invoices against purchase orders
- Record invoices and review items arriving on the approved platform
- Prepare payment batches
- Perform account reconciliation (lettrage)
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closings (e.g. accrued expenses, shareholder current accounts)
- Analyse and monitor accounts, including follow-ups and communication with suppliers and employees
- Contribute to annual audits by answering the auditors’ questions
- Expense reports
- Review expense reports
- Book entries, prepare payments and reconcile
- Support the declaration of fees (honoraires)

- Minimum BTS, DUT or equivalent
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a real plus
- Comfort with AI and current tools, and a willingness to work with AI (strongly recommended)
- Rigour and an analytical mindset
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Good English level, required to work in an international environment
