ГерманияRemote
Responsible for content and lifecycle marketing focusing on German-speaking markets for a European financing platform.
О компании
- We help European growth companies find the financing that fits them. Our platform reads their financial data, shows which capital sources are realistically available and what each would cost, and we arrange the financing from there. Built by experienced entrepreneurs, backed by top-tier venture capital investors.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B content and SEO, in-house or at an agency, including owning a content programme with a SEO/GEO goal. Finance, fintech or SaaS with SME customers is a strong plus
- You have built and run email journeys in a marketing automation tool (, HubSpot, Brevo or similar) and think in funnels and segments
- Your German is at C2 level, and you write English with precision and polish our content, LinkedIn posts and partner material need for a demanding audience
- You do SEO hands-on (keyword and topic research, on-page, Search Console, GA4) and have started working on GEO and AI search
- You grasp financing quickly. After onboarding you can explain a credit line or a term loan to a CFO without errors
- You work AI-first: you use AI as a sparring partner, edit its output critically and know where human taste matters most, starting with brand voice
- You do your best work with sparring rather than close supervision, and you stay effective while priorities shift

- re:cap helps profitable SMEs and tech companies across Europe access the right debt financing, with independent advice on which type of financing fits, what it costs and which lender to go to.
- Where we are: We recently sharpened our positioning around advice and arranging financing for SMEs, and organic growth is one of our top priorities. You won’t start from zero: we’ve been building content for years, and a meaningful share of our pipeline comes from our SEO and GEO work. The next step is strategic content for a sharper target audience and a new product proposition.
- Your role: You will own how companies looking for financing find re:cap: content, SEO and GEO in German and English, and the lifecycle journeys that turn that attention into qualified sales calls. This is a deliberately focused, hands-on individual contributor role, with a scope that grows with what you prove you can own.
- Why it’s worth it: Your work directly shapes how the market sees re:cap and drives our revenue. You decide what we become known for, and within a few months you will see it show up in booked calls. What you build keeps working: rankings, AI citations and journeys pay off long after you ship them. You work directly with our VP Marketing, with real decisions in your hands and an AI setup most marketing teams haven’t built yet.
- You set our content strategy: the topics we cover, the channels we’re active on and the messages we want to be known for, in German and English, from blog to website
- You build our content engine with AI. AI delivers research, data and first drafts; you own the editing, the tone of voice and the final call. You develop our content and SEO/GEO agents and decide what gets automated
- You make re:cap visible where financing questions get answered today, in Google and in AI search, and you track how often we show up and get cited
- You build our presence in the UK market through content, social and partners
- You equip our partners with the material and journeys that make referring us easy
- You turn attention into sales calls: you own our lifecycle journeys in, find where the funnel leaks and decide what gets fixed first. You work closely with Sales, Product and Growth & Strategy, and what sales hears on calls shapes your content
