As a Markets Operations Associate, you will work directly with the Head of Markets and our Trading Operations & Asset Lifecycle teams. You will help keep the business running smoothly, measured and ready to scale.
- It’s an entry-level role with real responsibility from day one. You’ll see how a front-to-back trading business works, learn from experienced Markets professionals, and make a visible difference to how we operate and perform.
- Keep trading running: monitor daily processes and help resolve issues before they reach clients.
- Run the asset lifecycle: take crypto and securities listings and delistings from request to go-live.
- Keep Markets on track: own the weekly and monthly reporting and coordinate across teams.
- Remove bottlenecks: work with Trading, Product, Engineering and Compliance to unblock initiatives.
- Make it scale: spot manual work worth automating and improve our processes, including with AI tools.
