The focus of the role is to work at the intersection of technology, AI and HR products, building, updating and maintaining tools that support the delivery of our main internal products, such as the performance cycle, salary review, recruiting and turnover metrics, and the reliability and updating of the area's data. This role aims to reduce the team's manual work and increase the reliability, quality and impact of our deliverables.

- Data management and structuring: Support the creation and maintenance of historical databases, ensuring integration, standardization, cleaning and updating of information, and building quality checks to flag inconsistencies;
- People Analytics: Build reports and dashboards for metrics (turnover, hiring, benefits, surveys) to support decision-making;
- AI-assisted development: Use coding assistants and LLMs to speed up the delivery of scripts, new features and internal tool prototypes;
- Quality and information security: Review code and automations (including AI-generated ones), ensuring compliance with LGPD (Brazilian data protection law), access permission control and protection of sensitive data;
- Documentation: Document all solutions so they can run independently.
