- Media Activation focuses on the execution and optimization of digitally activated media across paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms. The role supports the delivery of data-driven media plans through accurate campaign setup, ongoing optimization, performance analysis, and collaboration with internal teams and platform partners. As a Media Activation Executive, you will support the day-to-day activation of digital media campaigns, building foundational knowledge across platforms and tools. You will assist with campaign implementation, monitoring, and reporting, while developing an understanding of audience targeting, optimization techniques, and performance metrics, with the opportunity to progress toward managing campaigns independently. 3 Best Things About the Job: 1. Responsibilities: • Assist in the setup and execution of digital campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms (Google Ads, Yahoo! Japan Ads, Bing Ads, major social platforms, and leading DSPs). • Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for optimization. • Support the team in reporting and analysis. • Learn and utilize various digital marketing tools and platforms. Goals: 3 Months: Proficient in campaign setup and execution across all platforms. Understanding of basic campaign metrics and reporting. 6 Months: Able
