Coordinate and manage the traffic and intake of briefs within a creative team to ensure timely delivery of creative outputs.
Обязанности
- Impact: You’ll keep Hims & Hers creative output moving. You’ll take over the traffic and coordination of everything coming through the creative team, so briefs turn into shipped assets on time, and our strategists, producers, and editors can stay focused on the work itself.
- Own intake and traffic: log briefs, schedule work, assign tasks, and keep our trackers (such as Asana and the weekly content line-up) current.
- Run the weekly planning rhythm, with clear priorities, deadlines, and handoffs.
- Chase reviews and approvals, including clinical and compliance sign-off, and unblock work before deadlines slip.
- Manage job numbers and consistent asset naming through to ad launch.
- Coordinate external vendors and freelancers, including briefs, timelines and invoices.
- Report on output, turnaround, and bottlenecks, and continuously improve process and templates.
