Recruiter focusing on hiring Product Management roles for AI systems, partnering with product leaders and engineering teams.

The mission of Thinking Machines is to build AI that extends human will and judgment. We are training frontier models with Inkling, developing Tinker to let people make models their own, and crafting interfaces that broaden human-AI communication. We believe the future worth building is human, and we're hiring people who want to build it.

We’re hiring a Product Management Recruiter to help build the team shaping how people use our AI systems. You’ll partner with product leaders and collaborators across research, engineering, and design to recruit product managers who combine strong judgment, technical curiosity, and a deep understanding of users.
You’ll help define what effective product leadership looks like when both the technology and its applications are changing quickly. That means looking beyond familiar titles to understand what candidates have built, how they make decisions, and how they work through ambiguity.
