The Vault is hiring a hands-on Head of Back Office to oversee and improve back-office operations for their Digital Assets business, including execution, settlement, reconciliation, record-keeping, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of back-office operations for the Digital Assets business.
- Run daily operations: executing client orders, settling in crypto and fiat, doing daily and monthly reconciliations, keeping client records and reporting.
- Build and automate processes behind back-office work.
- Ensure regulatory reporting under CASP and MiCAR is accurate and submitted on time.
Requirements
- Back-office experience in digital assets or financial services.
- Experience preparing regulatory reports for CySEC or similar authority.
- Comfortable both executing and improving processes.
- Knowledge of Cyprus regulatory regime and MiCAR, or possession of a CySEC certificate is a strong plus.
