Head of Back Office (Digital Assets)

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of back-office operations across the group
• Run day-to-day back-office operations
• Design, improve and maintain back-office processes to support regulatory compliance and business growth
• Bring structure where operations are handled ad hoc
• Set clear controls and workflows
• Ensure operations scale as business grows
• Plan, prioritise and delegate in a lean, regulated environment
