Responsibilities
- Project cost control and budgeting
- Variance analysis (profits & expenses)
- Cost allocation and reporting
- Cash flow forecasting and financial projections
- Coordination with Project Managers and Accounting
- Verification of contractor and supplier invoices
- Payment scheduling and approval process
- Supporting project reporting and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, QS, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Russian (required), English B2+
- Experience in construction is an advantage
