О компании
- This role is part of our Project Management Consultancy which focuses on:
- Understanding what the real problems of projects are
- Implementing the best solutions to those problems
- Developing scalable best practices, tools and technology
- More specifically you will be part of our Project Planning Team, who are industry leaders in delivering complex data centre projects. Your initial leader will be one of our planning directors.
Обязанности
- You will be our commissioning scheduler on site in Abu Dhabi, embedded with the client team on a hyperscale data centre campus. You will own the commissioning programme and make sure the site delivers to it, from day one.
- Own the commissioning plan: Build and own the integrated commissioning schedule (L1–L5 / Energisation sequence / Equipment tagging activities / etc), linked to the construction programme, MEP installation and energisation milestones. Ensure the site is working to it effectively, and that delays are mitigated and managed commercially.
- Own the outcome: You may not be the project manager ultimately responsible for the results but you are responsible for putting in your best effort to ensure the construction, commissioning and client teams understand and focus on the plan, no matter how stubborn they are! Drive the daily tagging KPIs achievement to ensure the project remains on track.
- Report and inform: Be able to link the Cx programme and the Cx software (Cx Alloy, etc), and provide simple, actionable reports on commissioning progress, readiness and risks to stakeholders at all levels, from site supervisors to the client’s leadership
- Make scalable solutions: Develop scalable and repeatable commissioning planning best practices and tools in collaboration with the team, so the next data centre goes even better
- Develop everyone: Maximise the development of your team personally and professionally and educate our clients to improve as well
Другое
- Are you a seasoned commissioning scheduler who knows that commissioning is where data centre programmes are really won or lost?
- Do you know your L1–L4s, IST and energisation sequences inside out, and can you turn them into a plan the whole site can actually work to?

- Have you always cared about the connection between the schedule and what really happens on site, day to day?
