- Our business moves quickly, and there’s real opportunity to shape what we build next. Each of our verticals - Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry, and Fish - is at a different stage of maturity, which means the challenges you encounter and the impact you have will vary depending on where you sit and what the business needs most.

- Our impact comes to life through the products we build, in the stories of our customers, and in our growing commitment to land stewardship and recreational access.
- onX is seeking a Head of Product to own the next stage of growth for Angling. You will lead a high-growth consumer product on the exponential path to scale. You will set a compelling long-term vision for how we serve all 50M North American anglers and will own turning that vision into experiences that help them discover where to fish, prepare for outings, and make better decisions on the water.
- Partnering with the General Manager (GM) and Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will build the team and product capabilities to turn that ambition into results. You will start with one PM reporting to you, and as the business scales you will attract and develop talent and build a world-class product organization. This is also a hands-on role: you will directly lead a meaningful product area while increasing the impact and independence of the PMs you coach.

You combine a passion for knowing the customer with high-level business acumen. You have a strong ability to articulate a long-term vision that inspires action.
