Full stack engineer role at focusing on engineering in a clinical AI platform environment.
О компании
- delivers a unified clinical AI platform used by healthcare organizations across specialties and care settings. The platform includes:
- Ambient AI documentation that captures clinical conversations and generates structured notes.
- AI-powered dictation and clinical workflow tools embedded directly within EHR systems.
- Agentic AI capabilities that support multi-step clinical and administrative tasks.
- Enterprise-grade infrastructure built for secure deployment across health systems.
- At , product development is led jointly by Engineering and Product and organized into cross-functional squads, each focused on a specific product area. Squads bring together product managers, designers, engineers of different profiles, and domain experts, and operate with a high level of ownership.
- As a Full-stack Engineer, you'll join one of these squads and contribute end to end to a specific part of the product.
- When you join , you join a team that is driven by excellence, curiousity, and kindness. Together, we’re committed to making clinicians’ lives easier and improving healthcare experiences for everyone. We believe clinicians should be able to focus on what they were trained to do, caring for their patients, and that no patient should feel their visit was rushed.
- We work hard and make time to have fun, too. Our #nablabla channel is just as active as #feature-show-off . We support well-being with workday activities at least three times a week; choose from yoga, running, Pilates, or HIIT. We also host regular off-sites, meet up across New York, Paris, San Francisco, and other cities, and keep the chocolate and nuts well stocked.
- If this sounds like an environment where you’ll thrive, we look forward to reading your application.

- ’s phenomenal traction is the result of 3 years of diligent product development.
- Led by former Meta AI Research engineers, our team has consistently anticipated how AI can revolutionize healthcare delivery. Our Machine Learning team continually leverages the latest advancements to unlock AI’s full potential in healthcare.
- Yann LeCun, Meta’s ex-Chief AI Scientist and Turing award winner, is an advisor to . He’s now focused on AMI Labs, with whom we have a close partnership.
- Engineering at is lean, fast-moving, and deeply technical. Our teams span machine learning, native desktop applications, and platform infrastructure to deliver AI into clinical settings reliably and at scale.
- Volumetry and efficiency: We handle more than 2.5 million medical encounters per month. Each one is automatically turned into a clinical note sent to the clinician's patient record system, saving thousands of hours of administrative work and giving healthcare professionals more time for their patients.
- Real-time audio transcription: capturing and streaming audio reliably, from in-person visits as well as video consultations, and turning it into transcripts with very low latency
- Resilience: keeping the product working on weak or unstable networks, with no data lost and no disruption to the clinician
- Healthcare integrations: building robust connections to the third-party medical systems clinicians already rely on.
- Complex AI services: designing and running multi-stage LLM pipelines and agentic workflows at scale, with the reliability and auditability a clinical setting requires
- These challenges come with demanding product requirement s:
- Zero friction: clinicians have no time to learn a new tool, so the product must be fast to set up, intuitive, and useful from the very first consultation
- Trust: what we generate goes into patient records, so quality and reliability are non-negotiable
- Works everywhere: web, desktop and mobile, in clinics, hospitals or remote consultations
- Solid foundations in Computer Science
- 4+ years of industry experience in full-stack engineering
- Proficient in React (strong Vue.js experience also considered)
- Proficient in at least one back-end language such as Java, Kotlin, Scala, C#/.NET, Go, or Rust. We use Kotlin internally, and it's fine if you haven't worked with it yet
- Comfortable working with AI coding tools and agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, etc.), and keen to use AI in your day-to-day work
- Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in a fast-moving team
- Care about code quality and maintainability
- Enjoy working in an international team where English is our primary language
- Frontend: TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Rust, Electron
- Backend: Kotlin / JVM, GraphQL, PostgreSQL
- ML & Infra: Python, PyTorch, Slurm, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes
- Our offices are based in Paris 3e (Arts & Métiers)
- Remote policy: 2 days a week
- Possibility of working abroad remotely up to 2 weeks, once a year.
- Joining means being part of a team that shares a commitment to excellence, humility, growth, and inclusion.
