Legal Counsel role providing corporate legal support, contract drafting, risk analysis, and compliance assistance in iGaming.
Обязанности
- • Build corporate legal structure for the projects;
- • Legal support for the projects;
- • Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents;
- • Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operations;
- • Assisting with implementation of legal compliance in the various areas of business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights etc.);
- • Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the projects;
- • Communicating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions;

- We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Middle/Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team.
- • 4+ years of relevant experience, 2+ in iGaming;
- • Knowledge of AML procedures is a big plus
- • Fast learner;
- • A keen eye for detail;
- • Initiative and willingness to work on a wide variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve different legal issues;
- • Hard-working, well-organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under pressure.
