- Direct experience working as a Marketing Manager for a BPO company itself (marketing the BPO's own services, not client campaigns) (non-negotiable) - Proven experience managing ads and/or general marketing strategy in a BPO or outsourcing industry setting - Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns - Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional, business-facing communication style - Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail - Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

- Experience at a well-established BPO - Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms - Experience building employer branding or recruitment marketing campaigns for a BPO
