О компании
- is a web infrastructure company. Our products are used by leading businesses in sales, marketing, insurance, and coding to build best-in-class AI agents with flexible and powerful programmatic access to the web.
- We've raised $230 million from Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Khosla Ventures, First Round, and Terrain to build the web for AIs. We're currently valued at $2 billion and we're forming a world-class team of engineers, designers, marketers, sellers, researchers, and operational experts to achieve our mission.
- Job : You will own positioning and go-to-market for Index, ’s marketplace for the agentic web. Agent builders get grounded access to high-quality content; publishers, data providers, and creators see how agents use their work and earn from what it contributes. You’ll make the case to both sides: to agent builders, from AI-native startups to the largest enterprises, why Index content produces better answers, and to content owners, from news publishers to independent creators, why they should join, what they learn, and how they earn. You’ll lead launches, new content categories, and the move to self-serve, build proof programs with launch partners, and shape the public narrative on how the open web stays sustainable when agents become its largest users, alongside the founding team.
- You : Have owned positioning for a product line or company and have marketed a two-sided marketplace or platform. You know how to balance supply and demand, and when one side has to come first. You understand how agents use the web and hold your own with engineers and researchers. You’re comfortable defending a narrative that press, publishers, and the AI community will scrutinize. Media, data licensing, or usage-based monetization experience is a plus. You ask why until the answer is real.
- Our team works fully in-person , between our Palo Alto HQ and San Francisco office. We’re a flat, talent-dense organization dedicated to solving technical and creative problems.
- We seek like-minded individuals who share our passion for applying science, creativity, and consistency to big and complex problems with equally big outcomes. These are our values:
- Own customer impact: It’s on us to ensure real-world outcomes for our customers.
- Obsess over craft: Perfect every detail because quality compounds.
- Accelerate change : Ship fast, adapt faster, and move frontier ideas into production.
- Create win-wins : Creatively turn trade-offs into upside.
- Make high-conviction bets : Try and fail. But succeed an unfair amount.
