О компании
- We’re ALSO, an electric mobility company originally conceived as a part of Rivian. We’re a passionate team of builders, dreamers, doers and innovators, focused on creating entirely new (not to mention, innovative and delightful) vertically integrated, small EVs designed to meet the global mobility challenges of today and tomorrow. Our mission is to inspire everyone to ride ALSO—replacing many local car, truck and SUV miles with ones on vehicles that are more affordable, more enjoyable and 10-50x more efficient.
- ALSO is seeking an execution-driven Sr Manager, Real Estate & Workplace, to lead workplace strategy, projects, programs, and teams based in our Palo Alto HQ for a global multi-site portfolio spanning office, R&D labs, commercial hubs, and retail.
- This role owns team leadership, strategic planning, critical project execution, and executive-level representation alongside the Director, partnering daily with IT, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Legal, Insurance, People, and cross functional key stakeholders. Success requires ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, drive R&D projects to execution, disciplined governance, financial rigor, 3rd party management, and the ability to anticipate space and workplace service needs (ie, mail, logistics, culinary, janitorial, and moves). Onsite 3-5 days/week, with off-hours availability for time-sensitive and critical issues.
