Most internships are about shadowing. This one puts you inside the control desk behind our service centres. You’d support the team on Freshdesk tickets and daily compliance reports, check requests on M-KOPANET (swaps, add-ons, allocations, payment transfers) against policy, and keep the system clean. You’d also help with credit adjustments for device unlocks, KNOX Guard and factory reset requests, repair approvals and incentive reconciliation, which helps catch fraud early.
You’d need a sharp eye for detail, comfort working to tight service levels, and a real willingness to learn. Recent graduates and students are very welcome.
