- CMT is seeking a senior-level versatile Software Engineer to join our AI Native team. This team has a dual mandate: spreading efficient AI tool usage across the organization and building new AI-based tools for wider use. Recent projects have ranged from building a PR reviewer, to an AI Engineer, to spend management tools. The team works primarily with Product and Engineering teams, but also looks to grow efficient AI usage in other teams where needed (e.g. HR, Finance). The team sources ideas from inside and outside the company to build prototypes; prototypes with traction are then more fully developed by the team and used across the company. If you’re interested in using your skills to make the world's roads and drivers safer, we’d like to meet you.
