Lead data-driven analytics initiatives to improve inventory availability, efficiency, and customer experience in Retail and Supply Chain.

As a Principal Business Analyst, you will drive data-driven decision making across Retail and Supply Chain organizations to improve product availability, inventory efficiency, and customer experience. You will partner closely with Retail, Operations, Product, and Supply Chain stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and scalable analytics solutions.
Lead analytics initiatives focused on inventory availability, replenishment, forecasting, and instock performance.
Develop and maintain key business metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for improving inventory health and operational efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence strategic and operational decisions.
Translate complex business problems into data-driven recommendations.
Drive process improvements and establish scalable analytics solutions.

7+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Retail Analytics, or related fields.
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
