Lead and scale the SMB and Mid-Market sales team to drive business growth.
О компании
- Veho’s mission is to power the future of commerce by making shopping, shipping and returns seamless for everyone.
- We are building a modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure designed entirely for the ever-evolving needs of ecommerce brands and everyday consumers.
- Powered by next-generation technology and a vertically integrated supply chain, Veho gives brands and their customers unprecedented control over their deliveries and removes the pain from the ecommerce post-purchase experience. We make delivery the ‘extension of the brand’ and leverage it to create deeper loyalty and trust between brands and their customers, driving customer retention and lifetime value. Our rapidly growing client list includes leading consumer brands like HelloFresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, and more.
- To truly build an iconic company, we strongly believe that our people and values must be aligned with our mission. As such, we take pride in our championship team, merit-based culture. We seek team players who want to compete, win, make an impact and build a legacy, and we reward performance and impact players with generous equity and incredible career growth opportunities.
- Veho’s SMB and Mid-Market program launched this year, and we’re scaling it quickly. The next step is building the sales team that scales it into a major part of Veho’s business.
- As Director, you’ll lead sales for the segment. You’ll own the team’s number, coach sellers to exceed quota and sharpen the playbook as we learn. You’ll carry a smaller personal quota, stay close to the deals and work directly with the head of the program.
Обязанности
- Own the team’s net new ARR number and give the business accurate forecasts
- Onboard and ramp 3 new sellers and coach the seller in seat through team meetings, weekly 1:1s and development plans
- Get in the weeds on deals from opportunity scoping to post-launch, and hold reps to pipeline, deal size, conversion and sales cycle targets
- Own outbound and channel partner sourcing targets
- Iterate on the sales playbook, train the team as it evolves, and use deal data to understand who we sell to and why they buy
- Partner with Ops, Product, Finance and Marketing to close deals, and raise early what’s needed to hit the number
- Recommend team structure and operating systems as we scale past 4 sellers
