Spotware Systems is hiring a motivated Junior-level Trader Support Specialist in Limassol, Cyprus to support traders and maintain the cTrader community.
Responsibilities
- Support traders via tickets, app reviews, Trustpilot, Discord, YouTube and other channels.
- Help users resolve issues and answer questions.
- Communicate user feedback and report bugs to Product teams.
- Work closely with Customer Success on broker-related cases.
- Help maintain a positive cTrader community and brand reputation.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in trading and financial markets.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Motivation to build a long-term career in Trading Support.
Nice to have
- Experience with trading platforms, Forex/CFDs, Freshdesk or YouTrack.
