Responsibilities
- Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web, including onboarding, new features, and interactive UI.
- Own your work end-to-end: from idea → prototype → final design.
- Work closely with the product manager and engineers to bring ideas to life.
- Use data and feedback to improve fast. We ship, learn, repeat.
- Help shape and evolve the design system.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments.
- A portfolio showing impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft with sleek, beautiful, intuitive apps.
- Proactive, hands-on, loves shipping real things.
- Cares about users and obsesses over details.
- Curious, collaborative, and excited to build something that matters.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, conversational UI, or emotionally engaging products.
- Experience with UX research: planning, conducting, and integrating insights into design decisions.
- Prompt engineering experience.
- Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch.
