Recruitment for a Retention Agent role in Limassol, Cyprus with focus on the Canadian market providing relocation support and bonuses based on turnover.
Responsibilities
- Work schedule: 14:00-23:00 or 16:00-01:00, geo-dependent
- Work with English desk for the Canada market
Requirements
- Age between 22-45
- At least 1 year of experience
- Preference given to EU citizens, locals, and candidates already in Cyprus
- Canadian citizenship is not preferred
Conditions
- Salary: 2500–3000 €/month
- Relocation support is provided
- Bonuses by turnover: $0 - $50k -> 7%, $50k - $100k -> 8%, $100k - $200k -> 9%, $200k - $300k -> 10%, $300k+ -> 11%
- Base payment on the 1st; bonuses on the 15th
