PayDepot team is looking for a QA Automation Lead to join us in Limassol, Cyprus and lead QA strategy and automation across multiple fintech products.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software QA, including test automation.
- Proven experience in a QA Lead or QA Manager role.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing QA engineers.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar).
- Understanding of CI/CD, Agile, and software development processes.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in QA workflows.
- Good spoken and written English.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, payment systems, or cryptocurrency.
- Experience introducing AI tools to improve test automation, coverage, and QA efficiency.
