is hiring a Trainer / Training Officer to strengthen field capabilities and improve product & process knowledge supporting agents, promoters, dealers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding, refresher, product, and process training.
- Train teams on products, EMI/BNPL processes, repayment, Phone Lock, ID verification, onboarding, and policies.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, role plays, quizzes, and assessments.
- Identify training gaps and provide coaching, retraining, and follow-up.
- Conduct field visits, dealer/agent audits, and market coaching.
- Collect feedback and identify process or training gaps.
- Support new product and partner launches through training.
- Coordinate with Sales/BD, Operations, Product, and Compliance teams.
- Maintain training records and submit daily/weekly reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience as a Retail Training Manager, Retail Training Specialist, Trainer, or Training Officer.
- Relevant experience in the Mobile/Telecom Industry is preferred.
- Experience in training, sales, fintech, banking, or consumer finance.
- Strong communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and reporting.
- Strong coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Target-oriented with willingness to travel for field activities.
