Manage the end-to-end inventory lifecycle and optimize supply chain operations within the automotive industry in Sitra, Bahrain.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full inventory lifecycle, from procurement to dispatch, keeping stock levels optimal and holding costs low
- Build and run strategic sourcing plans, secure reliable suppliers, and negotiate strong terms
- Use data analytics to find bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain
- Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including space use, material handling, and accurate stocktaking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA / PG Diploma preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and stock management
- Strong skills in inventory control, demand forecasting, and WMS
- APICS certification (CPIM / CSCP) is a strong plus
- Automotive or auto parts experience is an advantage
