is hiring a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Officer for its client in Karachi, seeking candidates with 2-3 years recruitment experience preferably in an agency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Handle stakeholder management and coordinate with hiring managers on requirements.
- Actively drive and support employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of solid recruitment experience; agency background preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job portals and social media.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree; MBA in HR strongly preferred.
- Additional HR-related qualifications will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
