Lead engineering team and drive technical delivery for energy-related critical infrastructure software.

ASI's mission-critical technology powers decision-making across aviation, defense, energy, and other critical infrastructure domains. Backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Spark Capital, and Renegade Partners, ASI delivers operational decision superiority—compressing days of analysis into seconds of action. ASI is leading the way and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

At ASI, we're building the future of critical infrastructure. As a Technical Lead on the Energy team, you'll lead a small team of engineers while staying hands-on, guiding implementation from design through delivery. Your work will span building innovative products from scratch (0 to 1) and evolving existing systems as they scale (1 to n). You'll operate in a fast-paced environment where you'll help set the standard for technical excellence, working alongside a cross-functional team of platform engineers, domain experts, deployment strategists, and end users. You'll solve real problems that make a difference: putting better decision-making platforms in operators' hands and improving the safety of our power grid. What we value
Ability to partner across teams and directly with customers, turning ambiguous requirements into shipped software.
Own technical delivery for a team, shipping into mission-critical environments.
Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - driving work to completion without waiting for direction.
Curiosity and a desire to grow, including learning our customers' domain deeply enough to anticipate their needs.
Ability to travel.

We look at the interview process not as a screening or test, but rather as an opportunity to simulate what it would look like working together. We build the interview process around you.
ASI works with export-controlled technology and restricted U.S. Government data, including on contracts mandating U.S. immigration status and location restrictions for performing personnel. Employment offers are contingent on ability to timely obtain all required authorizations for contemplated job duties.
