О компании
- is the agentic operating system for procurement.
- Procurement touches every pound a business spends, yet requests still stall for weeks and approvals get lost in inboxes. Our AI-first platform changes that: our agents capture requests, route approvals, onboard suppliers, flag risk and track every renewal, while anyone in the business can ask a question and get an answer grounded in their own company’s data. Buying becomes painless for everyone, procurement gets a seat at the table, and our customers have saved more than 100,000 hours of manual work so far.
- Companies like Spotify, PayPal, T. Rowe Price, JustEat, Adyen and S&P Global run procurement on . We’re backed by $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners and Accel, and we’ve been named the UK’s number one startup in the Startups 100, ranked 11th on Sifted’s 2026 list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, and recognised as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies.
- Talent density matters more to us than almost anything else. We keep the bar high in every team, so everyone here has real ownership and real impact. Our team is full of former founders and operators who’ve scaled unicorns, and we’re looking for people who want to do the best work of their careers alongside them.

Обязанности
- We're looking for a Visual Designer to own how shows up in the physical world and across marketing campaigns. You'll lead design for events, print and traditional media, and presentations, and support Marketing with graphic design for campaigns, content and paid ads.
- now runs roughly one event every three days, across London, New York and beyond. You'll bring it in-house, raise the quality bar and build the foundations (templates, asset libraries, print specs) so every event doesn't start from scratch.
- You'll work alongside our Founding Visual Designer, who owns digital (website, animations, product assets), building on a brand direction that's already set. Together you'll keep the brand consistent everywhere, from a product launch page to a booth at an industry summit, and help it evolve as we grow, pushing it into new formats, spaces and campaigns.
- This is a hands-on role with a lot of ownership. You'll take briefs from Marketing and Events, shape them, push back where needed, and see them through to production.
- First 30 days: you know the brand system inside out, you've shipped your first event assets, and you've mapped what currently goes to contractors.
- First 90 days: events and print run through you, not contractors. There's a working event template library and a print spec/supplier list the team trusts.
- First 6 months: colleagues self-serve the basics (starter kit, slide templates), and you spend your time on the moments that matter most.
Требования
- Around 5 years in graphic or visual design, ideally in a B2B or in-house brand team. If you're close to that and your work speaks for itself, apply anyway.
- A portfolio with real, produced events, print and campaign work, not only screens.
- Strong typography, layout and colour, and confidence working within a brand system while pushing it forward.
- Experience preparing print-ready files and working with printers and suppliers.
- Comfortable juggling several briefs at once, pushing back on scope and keeping stakeholders in the loop.
- Confident in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong presentation design in Google Slides and Figma Slides.
Будет плюсом
- Basic motion design for event screens and social.
- Experience art directing photography or video.
Другое
- Design event assets end to end: booths, roll-ups, signage, badges, invites, menus, stage visuals and merchandise.
- Partner with the Events team on our own events (like our Annual Summit in New York), industry conferences and customer dinners.
- Build and maintain an event asset library and templates, including a self-serve starter kit so colleagues running smaller events stay on brand without a designer.
- Design print collateral and out-of-home or traditional media placements.
- Prepare print-ready files and work with printers and suppliers on production, quality and deadlines.
- Create graphic design for campaigns, paid ads, social and content, working closely with Marketing and Product Marketing.
- Support product launches with campaign assets, in partnership with the digital Visual Designer.
- Help Marketing self-serve by growing our brand asset bank and templates.
- Design high-impact decks for events, keynotes, webinars, sales and leadership.
- Maintain and evolve our slide templates so teams can build on-brand decks themselves.
- Turn rough content into clear, well-structured presentations.
- Apply and extend our new brand system across print and physical formats.
- Raise the quality bar on customer-facing content, including guidelines for photography and filming at events.
- Events: our Events team in London and New York.
- Marketing and Product Marketing: a growing PMM team plus content, customer advocacy and growth.
- Design: our Founding Visual Designer and the Design Director.
- Leadership: occasional high-visibility requests (keynotes, board and leadership decks).
- Portfolio review by our design team.
- Intro call with Talent Team (about 30 mins).
- Design deep-dive: walk us through 2 to 3 produced projects.
- Meet the team: Marketing and Events stakeholders.
- We keep it quick and tell you where you stand at each stage.
