Другое
- Integrity first. We do work we’re proud of.
- Say it straight. No politics, no fluff.
- Trust by default. Transparent comp, bonuses, and how we operate.
- We operate with high ownership and autonomy. People are expected to take responsibility, make decisions, and drive outcomes. If you value clarity, execution, and real accountability, you will fit in here.
- We might tell you: “We need a new landing page and campaign.”
- You understand the objective, prepare the brief, use AI to explore initial directions, create the design, incorporate feedback, build and launch the page, and deliver the supporting campaign assets.
- Or we might need a new T-shirt for an international mathematics or physics competition . You develop the concept, create the design, prepare it for production, work with the supplier, review samples, and make sure the final product meets our standards. These T-shirts can become collectibles for participants , so we care about creating something they actually want to keep.
- In both cases, the principle is the same: you own the outcome, not just the design.
- At , we foster a culture of transparency, ownership, and autonomy, where every team member is empowered to make a meaningful impact. We prioritize clear objectives and give you the freedom to innovate and grow within a supportive, high-performing environment.
