- - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred).
- - 7+ years of experience in financial management, including SaaS business finance.
- - Strong understanding of GAAP, SaaS revenue models, and financial metrics.
- - Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems (QuickBooks Online).
- - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- is seeking a full-time Financial Controller with strong expertise in government grant management and SaaS business models. This role will be responsible for the Department of Energy Grant reporting & invoicing, monthly financial close, bookkeeping, GAAP accounting, ASC 606 compliance, reporting, and tax planning while ensuring our SaaS operations scale efficiently.
- - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP.

- - Manage revenue recognition policies in accordance with ASC 606.
