Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps / SecOps / MLOps engineers / IT Engineer.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Technical Expertise: Design and be part of implementing multi cloud highly scalable enterprise microservice infrastructure
Oversee the automation of infrastructure deployment and management
Ensure the reliability and performance of enterprise production environments
Deploy development services and integrate with enterprise security infrastructure
Help insure successful customer deployments
Strong knowledge of cloud and enterprise networking architecture
Compliance background - experienced with SOC2
Enable developer productivity
Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
Manage operational cost model
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all systems, with a focus on AI security solutions
Project Management: Effective planning, coordination, and execution of DevOps sprints and initiatives
Work closely with stakeholders to align DevOps goals with business objectives

Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages / shell
Coding helpful / solid debugging skills essential
Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker) in cloud environments
Familiarity with observability patterns, monitoring and logging tools
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
