- The Partner Strategic Engagement team is looking for a strategic, results-driven marketer to help own and scale events for 's supply partners: hotels, airlines, and activities. Events are strategic levers for partner growth, activation, and relationship building.
- This is not a logistics only role. While operational execution is a critical component, this position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: shaping how events drive measurable business impact through strategic planning, stakeholder orchestration, and scalable frameworks that turn events into a measurable business growth engine.
- We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds clarity through frameworks, drives cross-functional initiatives with discipline and influence, and earns strong stakeholder trust.
- Experience in events marketing is a plus, but it is not a requirement. Traditional event production experience is not a prerequisite either. Backgrounds in consulting, strategy, or PMO are equally valued, and we strongly encourage those candidates to apply. What matters most is how you think, structure problems, and drive commercial outcomes.
- You will work closely with Supply, business development, and partner teams to make sure events align with business priorities, strengthen partner relationships, and contribute directly to supply growth goals. You'll own events end to end, with scope growing with your level.
- Event Strategy & Business Integration
- Translate commercial priorities into event strategies with clear business cases
- Contribute to, and at senior levels own, annual roadmaps aligned to growth objectives
- Define success metrics beyond attendance (pipeline impact, activation, ROI, incrementality)
- Build and improve scalable playbooks and operating models
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Supply, Partner Digital Marketing, PR, Content, Branding, and Senior Leadership
- Align stakeholders with competing priorities
- Run structured working sessions and prepare executive updates
- Influence without direct authority in a matrix organization
- Program & Project Governance
- Lead events and multi-workstream initiatives end to end
- Build detailed project plans with risk mitigation and milestone tracking
- Run governance cadence and reporting
- Ensure disciplined execution across markets and teams
- Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Build measurement frameworks and post-event impact analysis
- Identify key performance levers and iterate based on data
- Develop dashboards to track ROI and business outcomes
- Run test-and-learn approaches to improve effectiveness
