- Maintain recall readiness including mock recalls and ensure inventory records meet FSMA 204 traceability requirements.
- Define and own the enterprise inventory control Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework and targets; location-level inventory record accuracy (target 99.5%+), cycle-count completion and compliance, shrink as a percentage of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), book-to-physical variance within tolerance, aged/obsolete inventory percentage, and close timeliness.
- Deliver executive-level dashboards and lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action programs for variances and control failures.
- Partner with Planning/S&OP, Finance, and Manufacturing to improve days inventory outstanding, inventory turns, and slow-moving/obsolete (SLOB) and E&O exposure.

- Own system-of-record integrity for inventory in SAP S/4 HANA (MM/WM/EWM) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms, including inventory master data standards (storage locations, batch management, units of measure), WMS-ERP integration controls, and adoption of barcode/RFID scanning and process automation.
- Lead the business side of S/4, WMS, and inventory-related technology deployments and enhancements.
- Build, lead, and develop a multi-site inventory control organization through managers, including site and regional inventory control leaders.
