About the product

Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale the Data Engineering team — own hiring, performance, and technical growth.
- Define and execute the long-term vision for the data platform architecture, including DWH, ingestion, transformation, streaming, and serving layers.
- Own architectural decisions, scaling, and reliability of the data platform.
- Apply AI/LLMs to automate pipeline development, data quality, anomaly detection, and schema management across the stack.
- Build internal AI tools enabling employees to query and explore data in natural language without SQL or engineering support.
- Own pipelines powering marketing attribution, segmentation, and campaign optimization — providing marketing and growth teams with reliable, real-time, well-modeled data.
- Build and scale low-latency infrastructure for trading, payments, and risk-critical workloads.
- Set standards for data quality, lineage, observability, SLAs, and governance across the company.
- Partner closely with Analytics, ML, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams to provide a self-service, well-governed data platform.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and managing robust DWH architectures.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineers and analysts).
- Deep understanding of ClickHouse, dbt, and modern data engineering practices.
- Understanding of marketing technology and experience automating analytics for growth.
- A forward-thinking mindset with practical interest in applying AI/LLMs to analytical and operational workflows.
- Experience in or strong passion for the Crypto/FinTech industry.
