An international company in Limassol, Cyprus seeks an experienced HR professional with finance sector background and knowledge of Cypriot labor market.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding staff for various company departments.
- Handling the entire hiring process: drafting employment contracts and ensuring compliance with Cypriot labor laws.
- Liaising with government agencies regarding work permits, visas, and registration.
- Organizing employee training and development, and evaluating employee performance.
- Advising management and employees on HR matters.
- Maintaining internal HR documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in HR, preferably in the financial sector.
- Excellent knowledge of Cypriot labor laws.
- Experience handling local documentation (work permits, visas, etc.).
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of HR processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Work permit for Cyprus.
