Talent Acquisition Manager role at Voyagu, a travel technology company based in San Francisco with a travel business in Warsaw, seeking to lead recruitment team and improve hiring performance for sales and operations.

Responsibilities
- Own execution of hiring plans, maintain reliable forecasts, and proactively address hiring gaps.
- Manage and develop recruiters, establish clear performance expectations, and improve team productivity.
- Monitor funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve sourcing effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Maintain consistent selection standards and use new-hire performance data to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations leadership to align hiring priorities, capacity, and execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams in a high-volume hiring environment, preferably in Sales or Operations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of direct sourcing, particularly LinkedIn, and structured candidate assessment.
- Experience managing recruitment through performance metrics, hiring forecasts, and funnel analysis.
- Strong people management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to operate independently, make sound decisions, and take full ownership of results.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
