We are looking for a Workplace Lead who will take full ownership of our workplace operations and experience. This role goes beyond day-to-day office management. You will shape the entire workplace strategy, oversee hospitality and security operations, and ensure an exceptional working environment for our team. Leading all workplace operations and ensuring an outstanding employee experience
Managing and mentoring the workplace team, including hospitality, reception, and security
Setting high standards for catering, events, and all guest interactions
Managing physical security measures, access systems, emergency procedures, and vendor relations
Owning office projects, including construction, refurbishment, and space planning
Managing contractual relationships with all third-party suppliers

7+ years of relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, or related fields
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams across the workplace, hospitality, and security
Strong project management skills and proven experience in large-scale office or construction projects
Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with strong attention to detail
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Excellent command of English
Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
