Experience building and executing account-based programs in close partnership with Sales.
Strong understanding of how events can support pipeline creation, acceleration, customer expansion, and relationship development.
Experience creating community or experiential programs for technical audiences.
Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple complex programs.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for attendee experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Research, Creative, Partnerships, and executive stakeholders.
Strong judgment and ability to prioritize opportunities based on expected impact.
Willingness to travel up to 30–40% based on the event calendar, including international travel.
