Lead and own the commercial go-to-market strategy for the APAC region at a generative AI company, building agency, brand, and enterprise revenue.
О компании
- We're the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
Обязанности
- Higgsfield AI is looking for a GTM Lead, APAC to build and own our commercial business across Asia-Pacific (excluding Japan, which has its own dedicated lead). APAC is already one of our largest regions by creators and generations; this role turns that usage into agency, brand and enterprise revenue.
- You will define the APAC go-to-market, source and close the region's first lighthouse accounts yourself, open the partner routes to market that matter in Asia, and set the playbook that the next wave of APAC hires will follow. You will work closely with our Asia-based Growth team, our US-based Enterprise team, and directly with company leadership.
- The ideal candidate has sold creative, marketing or AI technology across at least three APAC markets with distinct buying cultures, knows when a partner is the right route in and when direct is, and is energised by owning a region from zero.
- Open the APAC market
- Build and execute Higgsfield's APAC go-to-market strategy, tiered by market: active selling in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, Korea and Hong Kong; relationship building in Southeast Asia, India and Taiwan; later investment elsewhere.
- Segment the region by readiness to buy: advertising and creative agencies, consumer brands, production companies, broadcasters and streamers, K-content, gaming and sports media.
- Personally source, run and close the region's first enterprise and agency deals, from first touch through negotiation and signature, adapting to how each market buys: procurement-led in ANZ, relationship-first in Korea and Greater China, partner-led and price-sensitive in Southeast Asia and India.
- Convert high-usage APAC creators, teams and agencies already on the platform into team and enterprise accounts.
- Build pipeline and revenue
- Own APAC pipeline, forecast and bookings; keep 3x+ pipeline coverage and report weekly to leadership.
- Run an outbound-first motion in markets where inbound is thin, alongside platform-driven inbound where it is strong: executive outreach, events, partner introductions and creator-community referrals.
- Lead commercial negotiations, enterprise agreements, and multi-year, usage-based and local-currency deal structures.
- Build regional references and case studies that make the next APAC deal easier than the last.
- Work the ecosystem
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers at regional agency holding-company offices, independent agencies, consumer brands and media groups.
- Identify and activate the partners that are the primary route to market in Asia (regional agency networks, telcos and platforms, production studios, system integrators, local resellers) with the Head of Partnerships.
- Represent Higgsfield at APAC industry events and in regional media as the leading AI video platform for creative work.
- Localise positioning, pricing packaging and campaigns for APAC buyers with Marketing and Product, and coordinate with our existing APAC content and community efforts.
- Surface market, competitive, platform and regulatory signals from the region to Product, Legal and leadership.
- Define what the APAC team should look like at 5 and 15 people, and help hire it.
- A tiered APAC market plan and sales playbook that leadership has signed off.
- Marquee customers live in production in at least two active-selling markets, with public references.
- Two or more partner channels producing qualified pipeline.
- A forecast that is accurate within 15% quarter over quarter.
Требования
- 8+ years in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships or GTM leadership, including 3+ years selling SaaS, AI, creative technology, marketing technology or media technology in APAC.
- A track record of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure deals yourself, not only through a team.
- Multi-country APAC experience: you have sold or led commercial efforts in at least three APAC markets with distinct buying cultures.
- Partner and channel experience in APAC markets where partners are the primary route to market.
- An existing network of senior buyers in APAC agencies, brands, media or entertainment companies.
- Comfortable opening a region alone and far from HQ: no local marketing, SE or RevOps bench on day one, and independent decision-making across time zones.
- Fluent English; Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa or Thai is a strong plus.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Almaty; or based in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong or Korea with the right to work there and able to travel across the region and to Almaty regularly.
- Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and hands-on fluency with Higgsfield or comparable creative AI tools.
Будет плюсом
- Experience at an AI-native company, a creator platform, a social or short-video platform, or a usage-based software business.
- Relationships in K-content, gaming, or broadcaster and streamer ecosystems in Asia.
- Prior experience as a first or founding commercial hire in a region.
Условия
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company's stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield's long-term growth.
- Relocation support for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
Другое
- A strategy-only leader who needs a team before they can produce results.
- Someone whose success has depended on a large inbound brand and a full supporting bench.
- A single-market seller; APAC is too diverse for one-country experience.
- We would prefer this person to be based in Almaty, where much of our Growth team sits and which keeps workable overlap with every APAC time zone. We are equally happy with a fully remote hire based in Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong or Seoul, with regular travel to customers across the region and to Almaty and San Francisco for planning sessions and company events. Team members are expected to maintain sufficient overlap with the Growth team's working hours and to be active, responsive and close collaborators across time zones.
