cold callingaccount based prospectingoutbound salesteam leadership

Build and lead the outbound prospecting function, managing a team of SDRs focused on mid-market and enterprise accounts.

is the multiplayer AI agent builder. We believe the people who know the work best should be able to automate it, and use what they build to help their whole team do more.
Anyone at a company can build, share, and optimize agents with any AI model and any integration. Teams can orchestrate those agents across their business, while IT keeps full control over data, access, and spend.
We're a small team building as fast as humanly possible. Gusto, Ramp, Shopify, Samsara, Instacart, and Opendoor are running agents on across their company. We've raised over $70M from Benchmark, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Nexus Ventures to scale and are looking for people who care as much as we do to join the team.

As ’s Founding SDR Manager, you will build our outbound prospecting function from the ground up, working directly with leadership and partnering across Sales, Marketing, and GTM Ops. You will develop and prove a repeatable motion for reaching mid-market and enterprise accounts, then recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of approximately four SDRs in San Francisco or Vancouver.
You will own the outbound engine: cold calling, personalized outreach, account-based prospecting, and multi-threading across buying committees. ’s GTME team already runs much of the automated outbound infrastructure. We need someone exceptional at turning that intelligence into real buyer conversations and qualified pipeline, not another sequence builder.
Personally build and run a repeatable outbound engine: cold calling, personalized outreach, account-based prospecting, and multi-threading into mid-market and enterprise buying committees.
Hire, onboard, and coach an initial team of about 4 SDRs with playbooks and metrics on qualified meetings and pipeline.
Establish prospecting playbooks, coaching cadence, and performance standards for the SDR org.
Partner with Marketing, GTME, and GTM Ops to refine targeting, messaging, and qualification from real prospect conversations.
Use AI for research, prioritization, and personalization without replacing human-led calling.
Turn GTME automated outbound intelligence into buyer conversations and qualified pipeline.

4-8 years of B2B SaaS sales, starting as a high-performing outbound SDR or BDR.

Proven cold calling and enterprise prospecting: buying committees, persona mapping, and multi-threading.
Have built or meaningfully improved an outbound motion, not only executed an inherited playbook.
Have coached, mentored, or managed SDRs and can hire and develop a small team.
Willing to personally get on the phones while standing up the function.
Self-directed; comfortable with autonomy in an early-stage environment.

Highly competitive salary and meaningful equity
Generous paid time off: 24 days for SF employees and 20 days globally, use them as you need
$350/month wellness benefit to spend on gym, spa, equipment, or whatever keeps you at your best
