- This role is part of our Creative and Media team based in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Brand Strategists, Creatives, and Influencer Marketers to Account managers, Producers, and Video editors. As a creative digital marketing agency, we mix creative storytelling with the best of what today’s technology has to offer to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Bol and Philips to name a few.
- A strong brand presence on social media takes more than just great ideas; it requires clear direction, structure and consistency. As a Medior Social Media Manager within our team, you are the organisational driving force, ensuring that the social channels of leading brands such as Nikon, Visa and Praxis always run smoothly and perform at their best.
- You are the driving force behind the scenes. Acting as the key link between clients, strategists and our creative team, you bring structure and momentum to the entire process. From day-to-day channel management and content planning to larger brand activations, you coordinate the workflow from A to Z. You translate client requests into clear, focused briefs, manage deliverables and deadlines, align expectations and make sure everyone knows exactly what needs to be done.
- At the same time, you bring valuable strategic insight and creative thinking to the table. While you won't be creating the content yourself, you have an in-depth understanding of how each social platform works. By staying on top of the latest online trends, understanding how algorithms evolve and knowing how communities respond, you actively contribute ideas around formats, timing and channel strategies. You challenge ideas and briefs, assessing both their feasibility and their relevance to the social media landscape.
- Your mission? To bring clarity, structure and consistency to our channel and project management, enabling us to create impactful work together. With your strong organisational skills, excellent communication and sharp understanding of social media, you ensure our clients stay one step ahead, both strategically and operationally.
- We are pioneers at heart. What does that mean? We are always looking forward, thinking of what we can create tomorrow that does not exist today. We were born digital and we are a new model of agency, with a deep skillset in tech and marketing. That’s why we hire curious, self-driven, talented people who never stop innovating.
- Our culture is big enough to cope and small enough to care. Meaning, that with people across 30+ countries, we’re big enough to provide you with the best tools, global opportunities, and benefits that help you thrive. While acting small by investing in you, your growth, your team, and giving you the autonomy to solve our clients problems, no matter where you are in the world.
- Not sure you meet all qualifications? Apply, and let us decide! Research shows that women and members of underrepresented groups tend not to apply for jobs when they think they may not meet every requirement, when in fact they do. We believe in giving everyone a fair chance to shine.
- We also encourage you to reach out to us and discuss any reasonable adjustments we can make to support you throughout the recruitment process and your time with us.
